Abstracts Submission
1. All abstracts should be research, clinical experience or other articles related to Clinical oncology, focusing on scientificity, advancement and practicability. CSCO Educational Book will be compiled by well-known cancer experts in related area.
2. Both Chinese or English abstracts will be accepted. Excellent English Abstracts will be given a chance to be presented in the international session of CSCO annual meeting.
3. Please do not exceed 1,000 words for the total of your abstract. The abstract title should be concise and precise; Please clearly state the author's country, institution/affiliation and full name; Structured abstracts will be required, including five sections: objectives, methods, results, conclusions and key words. Please select the subject in the Categories Chart below and indicate the code; Noted that the submission of reviews (summary) will not be accepted.
4. Abstracts can be accepted only through CSCO abstract submission system.
5. In order to avoid the issue on Copyright, any abstract published or presented in any other Conference, Journal, Magazine, Book or Website cannot be accepted.
6. Please log in CSCO official website for English page (www.csco.org.cn) and register first, then submit your abstract. Please state clearly the full name, institution and contact information of the first author and corresponding author. Please do not submit the same abstract repeatedly.
7. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by CSCO experts committee, the results will be announced on CSCO’s official website (For Overseas abstracts, you will be noticed by email from CSCO office). The Oral and Poster Presentation will be selected after the Review by CSCO experts, excellent Poster Presentation will be held in the exhibition area during the meeting. Other abstracts will be collected into <Chinese Clinical Oncology 2024> (which is a special issue only for CSCO Annual Meeting and will not affect the author to publish in other Journals).
8. If your abstract is being selected as Oral or Poster Presentation, CSCO office will contact the first author in advance and the author will have plenty of time to prepare. If there is any case that the first author cannot attend the meeting, please inform the office in advance. Any appointed oral presenter cannot present for no reason, who will be banned to attend CSCO meeting for the next two years.
9. The submission deadline would be June 30, 2024 (12:00 Midnight). Noted that the date is subject to Beijing Time.
10. If the author requires to withdraw the abstract, please contact CSCO academic department via csco_academic@csco.org.cn with the abstract ID number, abstract title, corresponding author, institution and relevant explanation before July 30, 2024. Unless there is an unavoidable factor, withdrawal will not be encouraged. Any withdrawal request is no later than July 30. Noted that the date is subject to Beijing Time.
